REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR ALL FALL SPORTS ONLY!

 

Winter and Spring sports registration

will be later in the school year

 

Registration assigns you to a team

so you are eligible to tryout, it does

not guarantee that you

have made the team.

Please read the important information on this page
 
Parent and athlete must register together.
Students do not register alone as forms require parental consent.
 
Please use your child's full legal name and not nicknames.
 
Please DO NOT make duplicate accounts.
 
Be sure to use your grade for the 2017-18 school year.  Your grade will get promoted over the summer to the appropriate grade and year.
 
  • To get started, click the orange REGISTER NOW button on the right hand side of this screen.
  • This registration includes completing the Staples Code of Conduct, Concussion Education and Sudden Cardiac Awareness forms as well and personal emergency information that needs parental approval.
  • REGISTERING for the FIRST TIME this school year - you will know your registration is complete if you received 4 emails from League Athletics.
  • If you already registered for a sport during this school year, registrants will receive one email.
  • Athletes will be wait listed until final approval is given by the nurse once your physical date is approved.  You will receive an email if your physical is not current.

To be eligible to participate in Staples Athletic Program, students must:

1.  Have a valid Physical Examination on file in the School Nurse's office.

2.  All athletes must be registered online.

 Physical Examination Requirements:

 1. Prior to the first tryout/practice session, all prospective student-athletes are required to pass a physical exam by a physician.

 2. Completed physical examination forms must be on file in the School Nurse’s Office prior to the first tryout/practice session.

 3. The physical examination is valid for 13 months, and must cover athletes for the entire sports season (including tryout period).  Should the physical examination expire during the course of the sports season, the athlete will be required to be examined prior to the date of the physical examinations expiration, otherwise continued participation is prohibited.
